We at Merritunes Antique Radios and Parts take pride in our customer service and will do the utmost best to ensure safe delivery of our products. Outlined below are your delivery options with a complete description. On the shopping cart page, please choose the appropriate options for your delivery as displayed.

Delivery option will be added to your purchase as requested; therefore you will be contacted with the final total before your package is shipped.
Canada:
For standard ground delivery within Canada we use Canada Post: The standard ground delivery time with Canada Post, within Canada is as follows:

Local – 2 days
Regional – 3 to 5 days
National – 4 to 9 days
Delivery confirmation and the ability to track your items online from start to finish.
Coverage up to $100.00 for loss or damage.

Should you prefer, we can use Xpressport with an On-time delivery guarantee: The standard delivery time within Canada are as follows:

Local – next day
Regional – next day and 2nd day
National – 2 day

Examples: Envelopes over 200 and up to 500g standard within Canada will cost $5.00 - $8.00, depending on the Province/Postal Code.

United States:
For standard ground delivery within the United States we use Canada Post: Since there is no control outside of the Canadian borders there is no delivery time guarantee due to clearance, however if you prefer to have a delivery time guarantee we can offer you the following:

Guaranteed delivery times of 2 nd and 3rd days between major centers in Canada and the U.S.A.
Delivery confirmation and the ability to track your items online
Coverage up to $100.00 for loss or damage (exclude prepaid envelopes).
Deliver will be made to Post Office Boxes where available
Signature will be required.
Examples: Envelopes over 200 and up to 500g standard within U.S.A will cost $11.50-$15.00 depending on the state/zip code
Cost to ship parcels will be determined by Postal, Zip or country codes, length, width, height, weight and shipping method.

International:
Outside U.S.A/Overseas via Canada Post:

International Parcel – Air in as little as 6 days
International Small Packets – Air less than 2 Kilo grams in 6 days
International Parcel-Surface less than 2 kilo grams 4-6 weeks
International Small Packets-Surface less than 2 kilo grams 4-6 weeks
Coverage up to $100.00
Examples: Envelopes over 200 and up to 500g standard overseas will cost $20.00-$35.00, depending on the country.
Cost to ship parcels will be determined by Postal, Zip or country codes, length, width, height, weight and shipping method.

Warranty Disclaimer
Antique Radios & Parts claims a consumer’s remedy for a defective product and disclaims all other warranties for any product listed in our catalogue. We shall not be held liable for any indirect or resulting damages, personal injuries, or loss of wages from the purchase or use of any product in our catalogue and at no time will our liability exceed the purchase price.

Warranty
All items the Antique Radios & Parts catalogue is guaranteed to meet your satisfaction or they may be returned within 10 days for exchange or credit providing the item is in (original/saleable) condition.
Any items that have leads cut, evidence of soldering, or other sign of installation and/or used cannot be returned unless the product is defective.
Please note measured goods such as grill cloth or wire cannot be returned.
Please check and/or test any purchases upon receipt to ensure you meet the warranty period.
All new tubes are guaranteed for 90 days, except for breakage or when damaged by incorrect installation as specified by manufacturer’s ratings.
All used tubes are guaranteed for 30 days, except for breakage or when damaged by incorrect installation as specified by minimum industry standards.
Please contact us at info@antiqueradiosandparts.com should you have any questions or problems. If you have a return you will need to contact us for a Return & Materials Authorization. Upon receipt of that authorization you have 30 days for us to receive the product or the RMA will be null and void. The RMA # must be clearly displayed on the outside of the return package to ensure timely processing on our end.

After the initial 10 days period, we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee when there is no evidence product failure.
